HABITUAL HAZARDS

In this moribund lifestyle for people of all ages there are too many habits that have been cultivated or inculcated. Most of these are not for the good. First, the drastic change in the eating habits has resulted in innumerous diseases. Relying on bakery items and pizzas causes so many troubles in the long run. The number of people who are health conscious has come down to a great extent. With the stressful atmosphere everywhere, the percentage of teetotallers has also fallen down. The scenario is definitely not a welcome change.
